Minsino is what you would call a fallen angel. A wraith. He took up the look and powers of a reaper, a creature that controls the shadows and the dead while dealing death itself. The consequenses of this are as follows, a permanent black skeletal arm (his right arm), a hard to control frenzy for blood when night falls, and being shuned by heaven and punished to take up the role of human guardian. Unfortunately, he found a loophole in this and while he protects humans he also kills thousands by intimidating and illucinating them with his powers to get his way.
